We treat your data with care. StressOFF is a tool for self-help, emotional support, and inner clarity. The app and website are not a medical product and do not provide medical or psychological advice. This document explains what data we process, why we need it, and how you can control it.
StressOFF (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the developer of the StressOFF mobile app and website. Contact for data questions: [email protected]. If you have privacy questions, write to us — we are here.
This policy applies to the StressOFF website, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and related features (for example, subscriptions and user support).
Minimum data: by default everything is local on your device, with no account and no cross-app tracking. Transparency: plain language and no fine print. You are in control: you can turn off analytics, delete your account, and export your records. No health-care rhetoric: we do not use words and approaches from a medical context and we do not give advice.
– Self-help records: Wheel of Life results, Mood Master answers, Guided Meditation texts, settings in Mindset Master, habits in Habit Tracker, options and weights in Choice Champion, mixes in Sounds. These records remain on your device and are not sent anywhere unless you enable sync/backup yourself.
– App settings: language, theme, notifications, sound preferences.
– On-device diagnostics: timing of offline operations, UI errors without personal identifiers — used only locally unless crash reporting is enabled.
– Identifiers: e-mail (or sign-in via store/Apple/Google), internal account ID.
– Payment information: subscription and purchase transactions via App Store/Google Play (we do not receive card numbers; we only see status and type of purchase).
– Cloud sync of records: if you enable backup, your self-help records are encrypted and synchronized with our storage so they are available on your devices. You can disable this at any time.
– Usage events: very limited aggregated events (for example, opening a section) to understand what works and what gets in the way.
– Crash reports: technical logs of app crashes with device type and OS version.
– All of this can be turned off in settings. We do not use advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking.
– Correspondence with support: messages, e-mail, attachments if you send them.
– Public pages and cookies: the website may use cookies (see the “Cookie” section below).
– We do not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, or precise geolocation.
– We do not connect HealthKit/Google Fit.
– We do not run targeted advertising and we do not sell personal data.
